Rachel Barrett (formerly Beckett) is a qualified Speech and Language Therapist and a director of Talk About Town Ltd. Rachel always wanted to work with children and first became interested in Speech and Language Therapy as a career through her own personal experiences of Therapy as a child.

Rachel graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University Rachel has worked within the NHS and has been employed directly by schools on both the Wirral and in Chester. Rachel’s primary clinical interest is working with children with Specific Language Impairment. Rachel is an Elklan trainer and is also a Hanen Centre certified therapist, trained to deliver the Hanen programme "It Takes Two To Talk".

Stefanie Cooper is a qualified Speech and Language Therapist and a director of Talk About Town Ltd. Stefanie graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University and has since been employed by the NHS working with children with a variety of difficulties

in mainstream schools, special schools, autism bases and community clinics. Stefanie’s primary clinical interest is within diagnostics of social communication disorder (Autism Spectrum Condition). Stefanie has completed training to enable her to deliver the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS) and was also, alongside Speech and Language Therapy, employed for over five years, supporting children and adults with autism to help them to live independently. Stefanie is also a Hanen Centre certified therapist, trained to deliver the Hanen programme "It Takes Two To Talk".
